Shipping

 All orders within the Continental U.S. under $100.00 are shipped First Class mail for $2.50. International orders will be mailed Global Priority for $6.00 (where available) and the customer is responsible for paying all duties and taxes. Orders totaling more than $100.00 will be shipped for free. Everything is hand made so orders will usually ship out within a week at most depending on the size of the order. If you need something rushed, contact me and I’ll see what we can work out.

Wholesale Pricing

 I do offer wholesale pricing upon request. Contact me for specific information on product and shipping prices.

Product Care

 Most of my items contain sterling or bali silver. Exposure to air will tarnish the silver over time. I suggest keeping the merchandise in an airtight container when not being used and using a polishing cloth from time to time. I offer polishing cloths for sale in my bracelet section for convenience.

Sizing

 If you need something in a different size let me know and I’ll see if I can make it for you. Most of my items are adjustable so it shouldn’t be a problem.

 Returns

 I want to make sure you are completely satisfied with all my merchandise. If you need to return something for any reason please do so within 60 days for a refund or exchange, but you will be responsible for the shipping charges. I will pay the shipping back to you in the case of an exchange.
